A reservation confirmed in writing for individual guests may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. From 2 to 1 days before arrival and in case of no-show, the client may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night's price. Group reservations are subject to the conditions in the table below. Travel agencies are subject to the cancellation conditions for group reservations.
The cancellation conditions apply to cancellation of an accommodation reservation by the client.
In case of early departure, the client is not entitled to a refund for unused nights.
For payments with Sodexo or Flexi Pass vouchers, an additional 10% of the total service price will be added.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 per room. In case of breach of the accommodation rules, the guest's stay will be terminated without compensation, including forfeiture of the deposit.
Individual Guest

- 48 hours or less before arrival and no-show are charged at 100% of the price
In case of a no-show or cancellation due to unavoidable events or other reasonable circumstances (force majeure), no cancellation fee is charged after notice and agreement.
A written order is one that meets all requirements and is sent by post, fax, e-mail or via the web reservation form.
Requirements of a written order: exact address and name of the client, date of issue, order number, ID No., VAT ID, bank details, possibly an extract from the commercial register or a copy of the trade licence.
The pension reserves the right to issue an advance invoice prior to arrival, payable before the event begins. A telephone reservation is held until 5:00 p.m. on the arrival day; if the guest fails to notify a later arrival on the arrival day at the latest and does not confirm the reservation, the room is offered to another person without compensation to the original guest. We recommend that all guests make written reservations to avoid problems with full capacity.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 per room.
Group Reservation
The pension is entitled to charge cancellation fees for groups of more than 10 persons in the following cases:

| 22–14 days before arrival | 30% of the first night |
| 13–8 days before arrival | 50% of the first night |
| 7–2 days before arrival | 75% of the stay |
| 1 night – no-show | 100% of the stay |
These general terms and conditions are contractual and may be adjusted by a separate agreement in special cases.
