If the guest fails to do so, the pension is entitled to charge for an additional day. If the operator has the room already reserved and the guest does not comply with the request or is not present at the pension, the operator reserves the right, in the presence of two operator representatives, to make a list of the guest's belongings and store them in a safe place so the room can be used by the guest who reserved it.
