Looking for more space or planning a longer stay? Our apartments with two separate bedrooms and a kitchenette are the right choice. In 2026 we refurnished them with quality furniture and mattresses for your comfort. These apartments are the only part of our accommodation that is open to your four-legged friends.

Where is the nearest parking?
Parking is free in the adjacent streets or in our car park next to the Wellness Pension ****.
How does check-in / check-out work?
Check-in: Your room will be ready from 14:00. We're happy to welcome you at our shared reception at Chvojová 1, located directly in the Wellness Pension building, just 80 metres from the Pension and Restaurant building (and right next door if you're staying in the Apartments).
We're open every day until 22:00 (weekdays from 8:00, weekends from 9:00).
If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance. We'll happily leave your keys in a lockbox and send you the code by message.
Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate your room and return the keys to reception by 10:00.
If you're leaving before reception opens, simply drop the keys into our marked box right next to the building entrance (next to the lockable code boxes).
Can I store my bicycles?
Yes, we'll store your bikes free of charge in a designated area inside the Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** building at Chvojová 1 (accessible to guests from all our properties).
Please just remember to bring your own bike locks.
Where is the reception?
The shared reception for the whole complex is at Chvojová 1, Pilsen (in the Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** building). Please come here first on arrival. We'll happily check you in and point you to the right place — if you're staying in the Pension and Restaurant, it's just 80 metres away, and the Apartments are right in the neighbouring building with our logo.
Can we stay with a dog?
Yes, we welcome dogs, but only in the Apartments U GIGANTU ***, by prior arrangement, for a fee of 300 CZK / night. In our pensions (Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** and Wellness Pension and Restaurant U GIGANTU ****) we unfortunately don't offer accommodation with animals for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer hotel transport?
For our guests we offer private hotel transport in a seven-seat van or a comfortable limousine. You can book transport at the pension reception, where you'll find all the necessary information.
