The purpose of processing your personal data is to obtain the data necessary to negotiate and conclude a contract for accommodation or for the provision of services related to accommodation, including phone and e-mail correspondence aimed at concluding the contract (to arrange the details of your stay).
If you stay with us, we process the following personal data: first name and surname, date of birth, address of residence, e-mail, phone, accommodation data (room type, arrival and departure dates, type of accommodation and/or wellness package, etc.), nationality, and payment card number. We need your first name, surname and address for your identification when concluding the contract. We need your e-mail and phone for communication before and after the contract is concluded (e.g. in case of changing the stay date, cancellation, etc.). We need the nationality data due to the obligation to report the accommodation of foreigners to the foreign police. We may require the payment card number when booking through third-party online reservation portals (Booking.com, Trivago) to secure payment for accommodation. The legal basis for processing this personal data is performance of the contract or the implementation of measures leading to its conclusion. The contract for accommodation or the provision of related services is concluded at the moment your order is confirmed via the reservation system, e-mail, phone, in person or in another similar way.
We obtain your personal data from you, either directly (via our reservation system) or indirectly (via third-party online reservation portals — Booking.com, Trivago, etc. — to which you provided your personal data for the purpose of booking accommodation at our pension).
If you visit our wellness, we process the following personal data: first name and surname, e-mail, phone, reservation date, reservation details (type of wellness, date and time of the reservation, length of the reservation, sauna temperature). We need your name and surname to identify you when concluding the contract. We need your e-mail and phone before and after the contract is concluded (e.g. to confirm the wellness reservation, reschedule or cancel it, etc.). The legal basis for processing this personal data is performance of the contract or the implementation of measures leading to its conclusion. The contract for the provision of wellness services is concluded at the moment your order is confirmed via the reservation system, e-mail, phone, in person or in another similar way.
We pass your personal data to our IT solution provider — the reservation system (PREVIO s.r.o.), which includes, among other things, the reservation system on our website, and to our external accounting firm (LTD účetní kancelář, s.r.o.). We do not transfer the data to third countries or international organisations. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place when processing your personal data.
We retain the personal data provided for a period of 10 years after the end of the accommodation / provision of the wellness service.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, or the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. In case of doubts regarding compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, you have the right to contact us with a request for explanation or to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. You may exercise your rights also through a standardised form available at the reception of our pension (Chvojová 1, 301 00 Pilsen), which may also be sent to you by e-mail upon request.
