Looking for more room or planning a longer stay? Our apartments with two separate bedrooms and a kitchenette are just right for you. In 2026 we refitted them with new furniture and quality mattresses for your comfort. As the only part of our accommodation, these apartments are also open to your four-legged friends.

Where is the nearest parking?
Parking is free in the adjacent streets, or in our car park located next to the Wellness Pension ****
How does check-in / check-out work?
Arrival (Check-in): Your room will be ready for you from 14:00. We'll be happy to welcome you at our shared reception at Chvojová 1, located right in the Wellness Pension building, only 80 metres from the Pension and Restaurant building (for guests in the Apartments, it's right in the next building).
We are open every day until 22:00 (weekdays from 8:00, weekends from 9:00).
If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance. We'll gladly store the keys in a lockable box and send you the code by message.
Departure (Check-out): On the day of departure, please vacate the room and return the keys to reception by 10:00.
If you leave before reception opens, simply drop the keys into our labelled box located right at the entrance to the building (next to the lockable code boxes).
Can I store my bicycle?
Yes, we'll happily store your bicycles free of charge in designated rooms right inside the Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** building at Chvojová 1 (accessible to guests of all our properties).
We just ask that you don't forget to bring your own bicycle locks.
Where can I find the reception?
The shared reception for our entire complex is at Chvojová 1, Pilsen (in the Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** building). Please come here first upon arrival. At reception we'll happily check you in and guide you precisely — if you stay at the Wellness Pension and Restaurant, it's only 80 metres away, and if at the Apartments, you'll find your accommodation in the adjacent building marked with our logo.
Can we stay with a dog?
Yes, we're happy to accommodate a stay with a dog, but only at Apartments U GIGANTU ***, by prior arrangement, for a fee of CZK 300 / night. In our pensions (Wellness Pension U GIGANTU **** and Wellness Pension and Restaurant U GIGANTU ****) we unfortunately do not offer accommodation with animals for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer hotel transfers?
For our overnight guests we offer a private hotel transfer in a seven-seater van or a comfortable limousine. You can book the transfer at the reception, where you'll find all the information you need.
